Director Shareholding


The Company received notification yesterday that Anthony Caplin, a
non-executive director of Northamber plc, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at
70p per share and 24,000 ordinary shares at 74p per share on 25th September
via his pension fund. Following this purchase, Mr Caplin holds 94,000 ordinary
shares which represents approximately 0.29 % of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
