                      -Notification of Director's Dealing-

The Company has today been informed that on the 13 February 2002, David
Phillips, Executive Chairman, acquired 2,406 ordinary shares at 77p per share
via his PEP account and his wife, Mrs F Phillips, acquired 2,947 shares at 77p
per share via her PEP account.



Following this purchase, Mr Phillips is the beneficial owner of 17,288,295
ordinary shares, which represents approximately 53.20% of the issued ordinary
share capital.
