The Board of Northamber was informed today in accordance with sections 198 to
210 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that Eaglet Investment Trust plc
sold 1,210,000 Northamber ordinary shares of 5p each and accordingly now has a
holding of 294,500 ordinary shares representing less than 3 per cent. of the
Company's issued voting share capital. The holding is registered in the name of
HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd. account designation Eaglet 866379.
