                             Purchase of Own Shares


On 21 February 2003 Northamber plc (the 'Company') have bought a further 50,000
ordinary shares for cancellation at 53p per share, representing 0.15 per cent.
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.


Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 32,575,400
ordinary shares in issue.
