                             Purchase of Own Shares



On 11 March 2003 Northamber plc (the 'Company') bought 50,000 ordinary shares
for cancellation at 51.5p per share, representing 0.15 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.



Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 32,499,000
ordinary shares in issue.
