                             Purchase of Own Shares


On 04 January 2006 Northamber plc bought 205,000 ordinary shares for
cancellation at 90 pence per share, representing 0.66 per cent. of the Company's
current issued ordinary share capital.


Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company has 30,758,100 ordinary
shares in issue.
