                            Purchase of Own Shares



On 11 October 2005 Northamber plc bought 50,000 ordinary shares for cancellation
at 91.5 pence per share, representing 0.16 per cent. of the Company's current
issued ordinary share capital.



Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company has 30,963,100 ordinary
shares in issue.
