                             Purchase of Own Shares


On 26 November 2007 Northamber plc bought 50,000 ordinary shares for
cancellation at 65 pence per share, representing 0.170% per cent. of the
Company's current issued ordinary share capital.


Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company has 29,383,100 ordinary
shares in issue.
