                             Purchase of Own Shares



On 16 November 2007 Northamber plc bought 25,000 ordinary shares for
cancellation at 64 pence per share, representing 0.08 per cent. of the Company's
current issued ordinary share capital.



Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company has 30,433,100 ordinary
shares in issue.
