NORTHERN 2 VCT PLC ('The Company')
ISSUE OF ORDINARY SHARES
The Company announces that on 17 April 2008 it allotted to 66 subscribers
548,671 ordinary shares of 5p each under the 2008/09 Offer for Subscription.
The new Ordinary Shares were issued at a price of 95p per share.
Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for these
shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to
trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
The issued share capital of the Company is now 57,216,593 Ordinary Shares.
