Issue of Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that on 31 March 2006 it issued and allotted to 168 
subscribers 2,431,178 Ordinary Shares of 5p each under the 2005/06 Offer for 
Subscription.  The new Ordinary Shares were issued at a price of  91p per share.
The issued share capital of the Company is now 44,983,486 Ordinary Shares.

Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for these 
shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and 
to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
