LINKED TOP-UP OFFER UPDATE

Northern 2 VCT PLC ("Northern 2") announces in conjunction with Northern Venture Trust PLC ("NVT") that the  Northern 2 offers of new ordinary shares to raise a total of up to £4,000,000 (before expenses) for subscription in the 2012/13 and 2013/14 tax years are now fully subscribed and no further applications will be accepted.

Northern 2 and NVT announced on 18 January 2013 that the NVT offers of new ordinary shares to raise a total of up to £4,000,000 (before expenses) for subscription in the 2012/13 and 2013/14 tax years were fully subscribed and that no further applications would be accepted.
