TAKE-UP IN OFFERS FOR SUBSCRIPTION
Northern 2 VCT PLC announces that by 12.00 noon on Wednesday
14 July 1999, valid applications had been received under the
Offers for a total of 20,789,000 ordinary shares at a
subscription price of 100p per share. Both the 1998/99 Offer
and the 1999/2000 Offer have now closed.
