RESULTS OF SHARE OFFERS


The Company announces that as at the closing of the 2008/09 Offer for
Subscription on Thursday 17 April 2008, applications had been received under the
2007/08 and 2008/09 Offers for 10,033,882 ordinary shares with a total
subscription price of £9,532,188.

Both of the Offers are now closed.
