APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHAIRMAN

Further to the statement included in the Company's half-yearly report for the six months ended 30 September 2008, the Company announces the appointment of Mr James Ferguson as chairman of the board and of the nomination and management engagement committees with effect from 14 January 2009. The Company's previous Chairman, Mr John Hustler, continues to serve as a director and as a member of the nomination and management engagement committees and has joined the audit committee with effect from 14 January 2009.
