Further re Issue of Equity
Further to the announcement released on 26 March 2004 in relation to the issue
of shares in Northern 3 VCT plc, the Company would like to clarify that, of the
689,665 shares referred to in the announcement, 382,640 ordinary shares were
allotted under the Company's first top-up share offering which closed fully
subscribed on 25 March 2004. Dealings in these shares are expected to commence
on 5 April 2004. The remaining 307,025 ordinary shares were allotted under the
second top-up share offering for which authority was granted at the Company's
EGM on 25 March 2004. Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 6
April 2004.
