UNAUDITED NET ASSET VALUE AS AT 30 JUNE 2007


Northern 3 VCT PLC announces that the unaudited net asset value per share as at
30 June 2007 was 97.6p. The net asset value is stated before deducting the first
interim dividend of 2.0p per share in respect of the 18 month accounting period
ending 31 March 2008, which was paid on 20 July 2007.

The number of ordinary shares in issue at 30 June 2007 was 30,182,161.
