RESULTS OF SHARE OFFERS

The Company announces that as at the closing of the 2010/11 Offer for
Subscription on Wednesday 12 May 2010, applications had been received under the
2009/10 and 2010/11 Offers for 13,331,061 ordinary shares with a total
subscription price of £12,664,508.

Both of the Offers are now closed.
