Northern Bear plc (NTBR) was today informed that Graham Jennings, a former director of the Company, sold 60,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 October 2020, such that his current holding in the Company is 1,276,260 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.8 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
