CIRCULAR RE:  SHAREHOLDER MEETING, PROPOSED TENDER OFFER, PROPOSED SHARE ISSUE
AND PROPOSED NEW ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

Further to the announcement made on 4 August 2010, the Company announces that a
circular has today been posted to shareholders giving notice of a shareholder
general meeting to be held on 13 October 2010 to consider resolutions to
facilitate a proposed tender offer and a proposed share issue to raise up to £15
million (before expenses) and to adopt proposed new articles of association.

A summary of the proposed changes to the articles of association is set out in
the circular.  The articles of association presently require that a resolution
for the continuation of the Company be put to the annual general meeting of the
Company held in 2015 and, unless defeated, at five-yearly intervals thereafter.
The proposed new articles of association require the continuation resolution to
be considered at the annual general meeting of the Company expected to be held
in December 2016 and every five years thereafter.

Copies of the circular and the proposed new articles of association have been
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for
