Correction: Director/PDMR Shareholding

NORTHERN VENTURE TRUST PLC ("the Company")

CORRECTION:  DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The notification of a transaction by Mr Nigel Jonathan Beer, a director of the
Company, contained in the previous announcement dated 4 February 2011, was
notified by the Company in error.  No allotment of ordinary shares of 25p each
("Ordinary Shares") was made to Mr Beer under the 2010/2011 Offer for
Subscription on 4 February 2011 and, accordingly, Mr Beer's total holding of
Ordinary Shares is currently 53,112 not 77,537 as previously announced.
