Further to the Issue of Equity announcement released on Wednesday 23 March 2005, 
of the 447,486 ordinary shares allotted under the 2004/05 Offer for Subscription 
on Wednesday 23 March 2005, 107,369 ordinary shares were allotted to 
Mr Timothy Levett, a director of the Company at a price of 95p per share.  
As a result of this allotment, Mr Levett currently has a beneficial interest in 
180,269 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company representing 0.48% per cent 
of the enlarged issued share capital.
