Appointment of director
Northern Venture Trust PLC is pleased to announce that at a board
meeting held on 7 July 2009, Mr Nigel Beer was appointed to the board
as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Mr Beer is aged 55 and was formerly London Head of Corporate Finance
at KPMG. He has over 20 years' experience of private equity and
corporate transactions and investments. Currently he acts as a
consultant and non-executive director to various companies including
Community Health Partnerships Limited which invests in health sector
infrastructure.
There are no disclosures to be made under paragraph 9.6.13(1)-(6) of
the Listing Rules in relation to Mr Beer's appointment.
