Appointment of director
Northern Venture Trust PLC is pleased to announce that at a board
meeting held on 6 May 2009, Mr Hugh Younger was appointed to the
board as a non-executive director with effect from 11 May 2009.
Mr Younger is aged 51 and is the Senior Partner at Murray Beith
Murray, a leading firm of solicitors based in Edinburgh. He has more
than 25 years experience of private client work and brings a
perspective on matters relating to wealth management and asset
protection.
There are no disclosures to be made under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) - (6)
of the Listing Rules in relation to his appointment.
