HALF-YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORT AND DIVIDEND INVESTMENT SCHEME

Further to the announcement issued on 7 May 2009, the Company
announces that the half-yearly financial report for the six months
ended 31 March 2009 and a circular to shareholders in respect of the
introduction of a new dividend investment scheme have today been
posted to shareholders.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, copies of the half-yearly
financial report and circular to shareholders have been submitted to
