Change of Auditor

Nostra Terra (AIM: NTOG), the international oil & gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of development and production assets in Texas, USA, is pleased to announce that, following a competitive tender process, it has appointed MAH, Chartered Accountants as its new auditor with immediate effect.

Jeffreys Henry LLP, the Company's former auditor, has advised that, it is apparent that the firm does not have sufficient capacity to satisfy its regulatory requirements in respect of the Engagement. On that basis we (Jeffreys Henry LLP) will therefore resign as auditor. This change has caused Jeffreys Henry to withdraw from multiple clients concurrently, not just NTOG.

However, as part of the withdrawal process, Jeffreys Henry LLP has confirmed that it has no matters which it considers should be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors in accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
