Closure of HPI Agreement

Nostra Terra, the AIM oil and gas producer with projects in the USA, is pleased to announce that the revised agreement with Hewitt Petroleum, Inc. (now Richfield Oil & Gas Company) and Hewitt Energy Group, Inc. as announced by Nostra Terra on 14 April 2011, has now been closed with all associated documentation having been executed.

As a result, Nostra Terra has acquired a 100% working interest in the producing Bloom leases which are now being operated by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary ,Churchill Operating LLC.
