Further re HPI Agreement

Further to the update announcement made on 8 February 2011, the Company advises that the agreement with Hewitt Petroleum, Inc. and various related entities ("HPI") has not yet closed and that Nostra Terra continues to work towards reaching the objectives laid out in the agreement of 4 January 2011 (the "HPI Agreement").

The properties to which the closing relates are in Kansas and Utah. Net monthly production from the Bloom property remains stable.  At Boxberger, production continues to be suspended pending completion of curative title work.

The Company will update shareholders further in due course.
