Placing of New Shares

The Company is pleased to announce that it has completed a placing of 53,333,332 new Ordinary 0.1p Shares at a price of
0.75p per share, for a total value of £400,000. The net proceeds to the Company are £370,000 and will be used for
general working capital proceeds.  Following the allotment of the new shares, the Company will have 421,757,854 Ordinary
0.1p Shares in issue. An application will be made for the shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on the 20 May 2008.
