                               Issue of New Shares

The Company has issued and allotted a total of 2,258,695 new Ordinary 0.1p Shares
at a valuation of 1.15p per share in settlement of fees for services rendered
totaling £25,975.  An application has been made for the shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM on the 6 June 2008.
