The Company is pleased to announce that on 3 September 2009 it allotted 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the
capital of the Company to Investor Union Ltd. in settlement of a services invoice for £15,000.00. Application will be
made for the new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, to be
admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission for such shares will become effective on 10 September 2009.
