Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company plc ("NTOG" or the "Company) Renewal of Exploration Licence Update 28 November 2007 The Company is pleased to provide an update on the status of its term renewal of the Oktyabrskoe License. The Director General of NAK Nadra Krymgeologia ("Krymgeologia"), a Ukrainian State owned subsiduary with which the Company, as operator, participates under a Joint Activity Agreement to exploit hydrocarbon assets in the Oktyabrkskoe License, has received a letter (letter 2906-2835) from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources (the `Ministry') outlining the status and renewal process for the Oktyabrskoe licence. The letter confirms that all the necessary documentation has been received, is in order and there are no objections to the re-issue of the Licence. After the formal approval by the Parliament of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea and final review and processing by the Ministry the extension of the term of the Oktybraskoe License is currently planned to be issued on expiry of the current Licence term. This renewal will provide Krymgeologia, and the Company's Joint Activity with them, a new term extension of five years. NTOG and Krymgeologia have started the technical documentation required to support the granting of a production licence process in due course.
