Nostra Terra (AIM: NTOG), the oil & gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of development and production assets in Texas, USA and Egypt is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held earlier today, Friday 26 July 2019, the sole resolution, being that to approve the 2018 Annual Report & Accounts, as set out in the circular posted to Shareholders on 30 June 2019, was duly passed by the Company's shareholders.

Nostra Terra's core asset is a 100% working interest in the Mesquite asset located in the prolific Permian Basin in West Texas. The Mesquite asset covers 1,984 net acres with estimated proven recoverable reserves of 2.4mmbbls.

Nostra Terra also has interests in three additional Permian Basin properties in close proximity to Mesquite and currently producing from two wells. The first well reach pay-out in less than one year.
