Following  the  issue and allotment of 1,673,050 Ordinary 0.1p Shares   in   the
Company,  as   announced   on  4  September 2007, the  issue  and  allotment  of
20,000,000  Ordinary  0.1p Shares, as announced on 19 September  2007,  and  the
issue  and  allotment  of 2,875,000 Ordinary 0.1p Shares,  as  announced  on  26
September  2007, the Company hereby announces, in accordance with the  Financial
Service   Authority's   Disclosure   and Transparency   Rules,    that  it   has
326,424,522  Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in issue,  each share   carrying   the
right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares  in Treasury.

The   above   figure of 326,424,522 Ordinary Shares may be used by  shareholders
in  the  Company  as  the denominator for the calculations by  which  they  will
determine  if   they are required to notify their interest in, or  a  change  to
their  interest  in,   the  share  capital of the Company  under  the  Financial
Service  Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
