Following the issue and allotment of 53,333,332 new Ordinary 0.1p Shares in  the
Company,  as announced on 13 May 2008, the issue and allotment of 2,258,695  new
Ordinary  0.1p  Shares  in the Company, as announced on  30  May  2008,  and  in
accordance  with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and  Transparency
Rules, the   Company hereby announces that it has 424,016,549 Ordinary Shares of
0.1p  each in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does
not hold any shares in Treasury.

The  above figure of 424,016,549 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders  in
the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if  they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in,  the  share capital of the Company under the Financial Services  Authority's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
