                      Well #1 on the Oktyabrskoe Field Returned to Joint Venture

Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company plc is pleased to report that in accordance with the previous agreement with Nak Nadra
"Krymgeologia" signed on February 5, 2008 Oktyabrskoe #1 was returned to the Joint Activity (JAA) effective February 7,
2008. Well number one is a producing oil well and proceeds form the sale of oil from the well will be distributed in
accordance with the JAA.  It is expected that the well will produce in line with its production history of between 450
to 660 barrels of oil per month.
