Delisting of ordinary shares from the official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) (the "Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, announces that the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (the "KASE") has approved the delisting of the Company's ordinary shares from the KASE with effect from 14 March 2023.
The Company's ordinary shares will remain listed on the London Stock Exchange (ticker symbol: NOG) and the Astana International Exchange (ticker symbol: NOG).
