Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights 

Numis announces that on 12 August 2014 it purchased 29,207 (0.03%) Numis ordinary shares to be held in Treasury. The shares were purchased at a price of £2.35 each.

As a result of the above the total number of Numis shares held in treasury is 5,390,401 (4.77 %) and the number of remaining ordinary shares currently in issue is 113,048,135 which is the number which may be used by the shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
