Exercise of Options

Application has been made for 16,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company

to be admitted to AIM. The share are being issued pursuant to the exercise of

options under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme. Admission to

trading on AIM is expected to be effective on 14 August 2001.
