The  directors at NWF Group are pleased to announce  that  the
final results for the year ended 31 May 2000 will be announced
to  the London Stock Exchange on Monday 14 August 2000.   They
will  be  making  a presentation on that day at  the  City  of
London Club, 19 Old Broad Street, London, EC2 at 4.45pm.

NWF  Group's shares are traded on AIM having gained  admission
in September 1995.


NWF Group operates in four: Agriculture - production of animal
feeds;  Distribution - distribution of ambient goods to  large
