                        CONTRACT WITH TYPHOO TEA LIMITED


NWF Group plc ('NWF'), the diversified sales and distribution company, is
pleased to announce that its grocery distribution business Boughey Distribution
has won a significant contract to provide logistics services to Typhoo Tea
Limited, for the storage and distribution of its finished goods throughout the
UK and overseas.


Typhoo's products will be accommodated in Boughey's Deeside warehouse. Space was
recently made available by the loss of business through the acquisition of HP 
Foods, whose warehousing and distribution was taken in-house by their new owners
Heinz. Over the next few months Boughey and Typhoo will undertake systems 
integration and testing, with stock building during April and May prior to full 
scale distribution from 1 June.


Commenting on the news Graham Scott, Chief Executive of NWF, said: 'This is

our distribution division will return promptly to fully occupied status with
such a well recognised and national brand as Typhoo.'

expertise to such a well-known and respected brand. This move will restore the
utilisation of Deeside to its previous level in advance of bringing other new
and existing customers into the major warehouse development currently
progressing well at Wardle.'
