NWF Group plc announces that it was informed today that Richard Whiting, Chief
Executive Designate, bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company.
The shares were bought at a price of 200 pence each.



Following this purchase, Mr. Whiting's total beneficial interest in the Company
is 10,000 ordinary shares representing 0.02% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.
