NWF Group plc, the specialist agricultural and distribution business announces that, further to the announcement made on 30 September 2015 regarding the issue of new ordinary shares under the Company Performance Share Plan, it was notified on 12 October 2015 that Richard Whiting, Chief Executive of NWF, had on that day disposed of 141,334 ordinary shares of 25p each in NWF at a price of 160p per share.
Following this disposal, Richard Whiting now has a beneficial holding of 310,767 NWF shares, representing 0.64% of the Group's issued share capital.
