                               DIRECTORS DEALING

NWF Group plc ('NWF' or 'the Company') announces that Mr Graham Scott, Chief
Executive, exercised 8,575 options over ordinary shares at £1.93 per ordinary
share under the NWF Group plc SAYE Share Option Scheme on 01 June 2007.

Following this transaction, Mr Scott has increased his beneficial shareholding
to 123,803 shares, representing 1.3% of the total issued share capital.
