Directors' Shareholdings

NWF Group plc announces that it was informed today that Mr. Michael J. Guest,
has today, 3rd October, sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company
(0.25% of the issued shares) at a price of 180p per share. This sale reduces
Mr. Guest's total shareholding in the Company to 56,212 shares (0.71% of the
issued shares).

Mr. Alan E. Fulker, has also today, 3rd October, sold 30,000 ordinary shares
of 25p each in the Company (0.38% of the issued shares) at a price of 180p per
share. This sale reduces Mr. Fulker's total shareholding in the Company to
75,230 shares (0.95% of the issued shares).
