NWF Group plc announces that it was informed today that Mr. Michael D.
Cookson, has today, 21st September, sold 2,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in
the Company (0.03% of the issued shares) at a price of 180p per share. This
sale reduces Mr. Cookson's total shareholding in the Company to 118,212 shares
(1.5% of the issued shares).
