NWF Group plc announces that it was informed today that Mr. Mark Hudson,
Vice-Chairman, sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company (0.25%
of the issued shares) at a price of 185p per share on 13th August 2001. This
sale reduces Mr. Hudson's total shareholding in the Company to 143,020 shares
(1.8% of the issued shares).
