NWF Group plc announces that it was informed today that Mr. Mark H Hudson, sold
12,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company (0.16% of the issued shares)
at a price of 235p per share on 22 of February 2002. This sale reduces Mr.
Hudson's total shareholding in the Company to 130,520 shares (1.6% of the issued
shares).
