                       Appointment of New Chief Executive


Further to the announcement on 12 June 2007, the Board of NWF Group plc (the
'Company') announces that Richard Whiting joins the Company Board today,
assuming the position of Chief Executive Designate. Current Chief Executive
Graham Scott will continue in his capacity until 31 October 2007 and then hand
over to Richard.
