NWF Group plc ("NWF"), the specialist agricultural and distribution business delivering feed, food and fuel across the UK, today announces that after 3½ years Brendon Banner, Finance Director has decided that he wishes to pursue other opportunities and so will step down from the Board with effect from the end of August. The Board wishes Brendon well and thanks him for his contribution to the good progress made by the Group in recent years.
A recruitment process is underway to appoint a new FinanceDirector. NWF has experienced finance teams both at the Group and Divisional levels and an announcement regarding Brendon's succession will be made in due course.
